Signup, Login & MFA Setup Guide

This guide walks you through Signup, Login, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup, and troubleshooting steps.

1. Signup

  1. Visit app.finstackk.com/signup

  3. Enter the required details and complete the registration process.
  4. You will receive a verification code via email at the provided email address.
  5. Enter the verification code on the next screen.

  7. After completing email verification, you will be redirected to the login screen. Or manually visit app.finstackk.com/login and follow “2. Login & MFA Setup (Web)”.

2. Login & MFA Setup (Web)

  1. Enter your credentials and login.

  3. If you haven’t set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), the system will prompt you to set it up.

  5. Click on “Setup Two Factor Authentication”.

  7. Open your preferred authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) and tap + to add a new account.
  8. Scan the QR Code shown on your screen or use the Shared Secret code.
  9. After setting up your authenticator, click Continue. Then find the FinStackk code in your authenticator app and enter it to complete setup.

3. Login & MFA Setup (Mobile)

3.1 Download the App

Download the FinStackk mobile application using the links below:

3.2 Setup MFA

  1. Open the app and login using your credentials.
  2. Tap “Set Up an Authenticator App”.
  3. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app.
  4. Enter the generated OTP to complete setup.

Optional: Biometric Login

  • iOS: Enable Face ID from the login screen.
  • Android: Enable Fingerprint login from the login screen.

4. Troubleshooting MFA Issues

Basic Checks

  • Ensure correct OTP from authenticator app.
  • Verify the correct FinStackk account is added.

If Issue Persists

  1. Remove FinStackk from authenticator app.
  2. Go to Login Page
  3. Click “Forgot Password?”
  4. Reset password and login again.
  5. Reconfigure MFA.
