As a US Sales Tax Associate at FinStackk, you will assist in managing US sales tax compliance for clients, including nexus studies, state-wise registrations, and filing of returns. You will also contribute to Local Taxes such as analysis, registration, and filing requirements. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong US indirect tax experience in a growing, tech-forward environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Sales Tax Nexus studies across US states and determine registration and filing obligations
  • Manage sales tax registrations and coordinate with clients for necessary documentation
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly sales tax filings and ensure compliance with state-specific regulations

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive International Compliance & Corporate Advisory Associate to support corporate compliance, international business structures, FEMA/ODI/FDI requirements, and US entity incorporation and ongoing compliance. This role is well suited for professionals from CS, or related finance and compliance backgrounds who are interested in working at the intersection of finance, taxation, corporate compliance, and international business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day corporate, regulatory, and international compliance activities
  • Handle compliance requirements under FEMA, RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations
  • Support and manage ODI and FDI transactions, including documentation, reporting, filings, and ongoing compliance
  • Support US entity incorporation, registration, and ongoing compliance for clients
  • Review financial and corporate documents required for incorporation, investment, and regulatory filings
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, registers, compliance documentation, and transaction records
  • Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of regulatory filings and reporting
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, auditors, consultants, legal professionals, and internal teams
  • Monitor changes in FEMA, RBI, corporate, tax, and international compliance regulations and assess their impact on clients

The Role

As a Payroll Associate at FinStackk, you will support payroll processing for U.S. businesses, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in processing payroll for U.S. employees (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
  • Maintain and update payroll records (new hires, terminations, salary changes)
  • Support payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Handle employer queries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions
  • Assist in audits by preparing payroll data and reports
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with state agencies and the IRS for filings, compliance, and audits
  • Support benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement plans) and employee queries
