Sai Srikanth Palaparthi is the Head of CFO Services at FinStackk, where he leads the firm's advisory practice focused on U.S. taxation, international tax, strategic finance, and cross-border business expansion. He works closely with founders, venture-backed startups, multinational groups, and private businesses to navigate complex tax, finance, and regulatory matters while building scalable global operating structures.
With nearly a decade of professional experience, Sai has advised businesses on corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, transfer pricing, transaction advisory, and CFO-led financial strategy. His expertise spans both Indian and U.S. tax ecosystems, enabling clients to establish efficient global structures while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining FinStackk, Sai was part of the Corporate & International Tax practice at Price Waterhouse & Co. LLP (PwC), where he advised large domestic and multinational groups on business reorganizations, tax due diligence, India outbound investments, tax treaty interpretation, litigation support, and international tax planning. He also contributed to technical publications and research initiatives on evolving international tax developments.
At FinStackk, Sai has expanded his practice beyond traditional taxation into strategic CFO advisory, helping founders make informed financial decisions throughout the business lifecycle, from incorporation and fundraising to global expansion and exit planning. His work includes advising clients on U.S. federal and state taxation, international tax planning, cross-border corporate structuring, India-U.S.-Singapore business structures, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, startup CFO advisory, financial modeling and FP&A, equity compensation (ESOPs, NSOs, ISOs, 83(b), ASC 718, 409A), FEMA and ODI advisory, sales and use tax, and global compliance management.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Post Graduate Certification in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIM Visakhapatnam).
